How the Kodansha House Creator Event Drawing Works
Kodansha House Los Angeles is hosting two Creator Events this summer — each featuring a Q&A and signing session. Spots are limited to 60 per event, and entry is through a free sweepstakes drawing.
Who can enter? You must be a US resident and at least 13 years old. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian will need to give their permission when you register. You’ll also need a kodansha.us account — if you don’t have one, you can create one for free at kodanshahouse.com or kodansha.us.
How to enter? During the entry window (May 29, 10:00 AM PDT to June 5, 6:00 PM PDT), visit kodanshahouse.com and sign up for the creator event you want to attend. Each event has its own separate drawing, so you can enter both — but if you win one, you’re out of the running for the other. One entry per person, per event.
What happens next? Winners are selected at random and will be notified by email by June 8. If you win, you’ll have 72 hours to confirm your spot through kodanshahouse.com. Once you confirm, you’ll get a unique QR code — that’s your ticket!
At the door: Bring your QR code and a government-issued ID. The name on your ID needs to match the name you registered with. Tickets are for you only and can’t be transferred — for any questions, please contact our support team via our contact form. You will need to arrive 15-30 minutes before the event to check in.
